Help Stars & Scars stay alive!

In New Jersey when you think of the local music scene you must automatically think Stars & Scars. Unfortunately the other thing you will undoubtedly think of is how the local music scene is disappearing.

For years venues have been closing down, especially all-ages venues that are the only real place for bands and fans to connect through music before alcohol turns potential fans into apathetic bar patrons.

But Stars & Scars is still in New Jersey, still putting on all ages local shows; protesting the change in format from our local GRock to a top 40 travesty among other things to help keep local music alive. Elyse Jankowski, founder and owner, has made a video that everyone needs to watch and rate with 5 stars. Its very simple; Just click here to help keep Stars & Scars and the local music scene alive.

Remember national bands were once local bands too…
